Monroe Cryo and Wellness, LLC, doing business as Roxi Robinson Fitness (“we,” “us,” “our”), operates roxirobinson.com and the Women Who Build membership. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
By using this site or joining Women Who Build, you agree to this policy.
Information you give us directly
• Name, email address, and any other details you enter when you create an account or contact us
• Billing information, which is collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
• Health and fitness information you provide through the PAR-Q+ physical activity readiness questionnaire, intake forms, or coaching conversations. This can include medical conditions, medications, injuries, height, weight, and goals.
• Photographs, progress updates, and anything else you choose to share inside the membership community
• Messages you send us

• Device and browser type, IP address, and general location
• Pages viewed, videos watched, time spent, and how you arrived at the site
• Cookies and similar technologies
• To deliver the membership, including content access, the monthly live coaching call, and community features
• To process payments and manage your subscription

• To assess whether physical activity is appropriate for you, using the PAR-Q+ and related intake forms

We take the health information you give us seriously and treat it as confidential.
We are not a medical provider, and this information is not protected health information under HIPAA. We collect it to make informed decisions about your training and to identify when you should be referred to a medical professional.
We do not sell your health information. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the membership, and only as needed.
You may decline to provide health information. If you do, we may be unable to safely provide you with programming.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with:
• Service providers who operate parts of our business, including our membership platform, payment processor, and email provider. They may access your information only to perform work for us.
• Professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys, where needed.
• Legal authorities where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• A successor entity if the business is sold or merged.
Anything you post in the membership community is visible to other members. Treat it as public and share accordingly.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. Most browsers let you refuse cookies. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
We keep your information for as long as your membership is active and for as long afterward as we need it to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Waivers, disclaimers, and completed PAR-Q+ forms are retained longer, because they document the terms under which you participated.
You may request deletion of your information. We will honor the request except where we are required or permitted to retain it.
• Marketing email. Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing message. You will still receive account and billing notices.
• Access, correction, and deletion. Contact us to request a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it.
• Account information. You can update most of your details in your account settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Contact us and we will respond as the applicable law requires.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including working with established platforms for payment and content delivery. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Women Who Build is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above and post the revised policy here. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email.
